43 this month so far - I may be on my way to 95 miles, if I don't change machines at the gym. Two miles a day is automatic now, which is great, but its not raising my heartrate.

I may still put in the 2 miles a day, until I figure out what else to do!

I'm 9 miles down from this date last month but with my toe injury for those 4 really bad days, I guess i should be happy to be at 57 miles as of yesterday. (Did 7 miles around the lake). Barring weather or additional injury I should exceed my goal of 100 miles this month.

48 so far (2.5 on Sunday and Monday) - I've increased the speed on the treadmill, to see if I can get my heart rate up, and it seems to be working so far.

56 miles so far in October - it looks like I'll get to about 70 for the month.

I've decreased the miles on the treadmill, and have tried to use the elliptical machine for two miles a day.

copied from the couch fauxtato challenge:

Another cra**y day. High only about 60 but humidity at 90% with occasional mist. Not walking weather. I was so wanting to put the heat on and go to bed. But I thought to myself - self, If you wimp out now what are you going to do in January and February. So I made a vow to myself that not only would I go for a walk but I would do the full 7 miles around the lake. It was unpleasant as He** for the first half hour but then I warmed up from the walking. I'm at 76 miles for the month but on this date last month I was at 90 miles. I'm Ok with that. In winter I will be lucky to reach 70 miles a month.
I need to start that aerobics tape I've been trying to start for about a year now. Or some other form of exercise. Maybe I need a WATP dvd?

I did a sneak peek preview weigh-in this morning and not only has the pound gain I had last week gone away but so has an additional 2 1/2 pounds. yes!! Let's keep our fingers crossed it stays until official weigh-in day (Sunday).

I am at 85.5 miles for October as of yesterday. With 5 days to go and today being rainy, I will have to hustle to reach 100 miles this month.

62 miles so far - will get to 70 by the end of the week.

I've started to split my time - 30 on the treadmill and 30 on the elliptical machine. Not quite walking, but exercise just the same.

88 miles for the month since i mall walked 2 1/2 yesterday. So in 4 days I have to do 12 miles. It's not hard if the weather cooperates. But just to make sure I meet my monthly goal I bought Leslie Sansonne's WATP dvd while mall walking. That's Walk away the Pounds in case anyone doesn't know. I got the 4 mile one.
