| I have a question... Does anyone know if there is a "carb burning" chart somewhere? For instance if I ran off 350 calories or played hockey and burned off 400 calories in 45 minutes, how many carbs would that be??? If I knew I could boost my carb count on days that I am going to be very active. Does that make sense? Can someone help?? Thanks in advance. Regards, Krystyne |

| Great question! I'm interested to know what answers you'll get, although I suspect it's still tied quite tightly to basic calorie burning charts! |

| I guess you can convert your carbs to calories: Protien = so many calories Lettuce = so many carbsxcalories.... get the drift. I believe it is the calories that are consumed... they are the energy that is expended when you work out. So, I checked a day on fit day 1179 calories, 87g fat (782 calories), 49 carbs (175 cal) and 51 protien (203 calories) so....I figured that each carb was 3.57 calories.... does this help any c
