| I think my time was just about right, I was up ALL night last night. Just couldn't sleep, so consequently, I didn't make it to Curves. I will check my time on my post now.

| ............Let's see........There that's right. But I had to select Hawaii time, how bizzarre is that????? Anyhoo, my back is still hurting today. I'm drinking chamomile tea, hoping that will help me settle in a little better tonight. I don't want to get myself relying on Excedrin PM.

| Duh..... both of us! If I'm having to select Hawaii, it makes sense that you would too. We are both in Central Time Zone. Hello, blonde moment for Judy and Barb. Like I said, it would be really nice if we really were in their time zone. I could go for a little beach time. |

| I've definitely been watching it. Wednesday night is the best TV night of the week........Lost, then West Wing, and then Law and Order. Right now I need to get up and finish grading a set of projects and enter the grade data before Desperate Housewives comes on. I'm having a real conflict of interest tonight.... Desperate Housewives is on opposite the "Dallas" reunion. I can't believe how addicted that I have become to some of the new programs. I used to never watch anything on TV before 9:00 (Central of course |

| I am curious - for those of you going to Curves who have also lost a lot of weight - are the resistance exercises helping to keep from having sagging excess skin? I know this is kind of personal but the info would be helpful. I want to join curves soon after first of year but DH needs to know it will be more helpful to me than walking the neighborhood and lifting hand weights. Specifics are needed - Thanks, Karen

| Karen, I can't say whether it's helped me with sagging skin or not. I didn't have that much to lose in the first place compared to others. I lost very gradually too, so sagginess isn't a problem for me. I think no matter how much exercise you do, some sagging will occur anyway. I think the secret to keeping up with the sagginess is to lose very slowly, but that gets really discouraging too. All I know is that after going to Curves, I have some definite muscle definition. I could develop more if I used my hand weight more, but I keep forgetting to do so. Maybe I'll do some tonight while watching CSI:Miami. I went to Curves today inspite of my lower back hurting. It didn't seem to make it any worse, in fact I think it helped. Judy, you should come and join us in the LOST thread in "Everything Else" if you haven't already. (Can't remember who all is on that thread, LOL { CRS} )

| Geez Barb, we must watch all the same shows. I'm typing right now while watching the CSI special. I have checked the LOST thread some. It's been a week or so though since I looked at it. I went to Curves today, but just couldn't seem to get high energy going. I think I'm tired from the weekend. It was way way too busy. |

| True confession time......... It was again a Friday made for Valium. Kids are giving me stress! As I finished up this afternoon, I was thinking .....I'll blow off today and go tomorrow morning. Wait!! That's impossible..........I have to take the little darlings to a contest tomorrow leaving at 7:15 AM. So what did I do??? No, I was not virtuous, I blew it off. Only two workout this week. Curves will be closed when I get home tomorrow. Looks like I may have to run :( tomorrow afternoon. |

| Eh, I have days like that too. I MADE myself go today since I too blew it off yesterday. I almost didn't make in time today since they close at 10:30. Yep I think we have similar tastes in TV. I like the shows that tax the intelligence and make you think. It's some good television. Is that a NEW picture? Very nice...........must be your staff pic from school, eh?

| Yes, it is a new pic. Thanks for noticing. And you are right it is my staff pic. I scanned a 3x5 photo and reduced it. It seems to have lost some clarity in the reduction. I may need to work on it some more. ~~~~~~~~~~~ That's a little clearer. I used a different program to reduce the photo.
