Default Monday Morning

Team sports are such a great way to get exercise. Good going with the softball, Huskersfan. 'Course, you're no slouch with other stuff.

Saturday was a gorgeous day in KC, and I got carried away. Ran for an hour. The outbound was downhill with the wind--inbound AAACK. But I was on foot, and had to get home, so I just kept on truckin'.

This morning, I did odds and ends of videos not rewound from where I stopped before: a mile with Leslie Sansone to warm up; quads/hamstrings/glutes with Margaret Richard; Abs with the Body Pump crew.

Now that summer is coming, I plan to hit the arms and shoulders pretty hard for "tank top" season. Gilad is good for that, and Cory Everson.

Good to see you guys checking in! Super busy day today.

Fri abs; Sat abs; Sunday 1 1/2 hours singles tennis!! Today abs and weights.

Barb, my old running and biking experience told me to always run/ride INTO the wind first and then 'blow' home. You must be a glutton for punishment.

Good going folks! Keep on keepin on!

Tuesday abs, wed abs, today abs and weights.

Carrie, it's still early in the tennis season so I'm trying to ease into it so I can stay healthy ALL year this year *fingers crossed* But if early signs are any indication, this could be my year! BTW the 'KID' beat me Sunday in a tiebreaker!
