45 minutes on the eliptical machine. makes my feet fall asleep but I am learning to rest my weight on my heels occasionally even though it is a lot more work! I'm exercising on this machine five days a week and plan on swimming with my son on Saturdays. Loving the energy!

hi heather! the elliptical makes my feet numb, too! i hate that! my podiatrist even put special little bumps in my orthotics (right under the pad of my foot) to help eliminate this problem - but it didn't help. :( if i'm on the machines where i can vary the incline, it doesn't happen as much.

anyway ...
friday: 30 mins bike/30 running, lifted biceps. sore today.

Thanks for the help with the machine cgilson269. I bet that is going to do the trick! Somedays I can go longer on the machine if only my feet would keep up!

Went to the gym yesterday and swam in the pool with my 6 year old. My body is a little sore today so I know he worked me hard . I may take a break today from exercise but maybe not since I get weighed in tomorrow at my diet center. Good thing I'm weird and actually like to exercise!

I used the elliptical machine today at the gym that President Bush used during stay here. It has been like that this whole day! I won a smoothie mix at my diet center that I love that helps me get in my fruit. I lost a pound and am now in the 2 teens! What a great day! I even got a nap in today. Going to exercise myself in cleaning the kitchen now!

I love your tessie!!! I used to have a white cat that had one blue eye and one green eye here in Montana! I just loved Punkin but she didn't like my son when he was born and kept going potty all over the house. We gave her to a nice home where they had little girls. I miss her so much! One day I'm going to get another one just like her!

Talking May Exercise Accountability

Did great today as increased my level on the elliptical so I burned more calories. Then I came home and cleaned the house for 4 hours since my oldest was in school and my mother had my little one. It was so weird cleaning up, going back into a room I've cleaned and finding that IT WAS STILL CLEAN! Anyone with little kids will know what I'm talking about. My 6 year old is pretty good but my one year old is such a slob! Good thing I love him ! All in all it was a productive calorie burning day!

Thanks Heather. Tessie is the daughter of the cat I used to have before she passed at 19! Not sure how old Tessie is but at least 14 I think.
Just abs today for me. Tomorrow is weight day.

LIttel bit of swimming, littele walking, not enough, but all I can manage right now with this class...so it is all I am doing...will get back to it this summer...am hoping to get a swimming instructor job for just the summer and make a little extra money...then maybe I can afford a personal trainer for a few months and get a bit more motivated to get into better shape through the stomach area. Start weight training a bit and get someone to push me a bit...maybe I will tone up some more!
