| I managed 600 yrds today...I can certainly tell I have not been swimming regularly this month...I was exhausted...no softball practice today SO...that was my exercise for the day...softball tomorrow if I find out about it...we are going to see Star Wars tomorrow after church.

| Saturday abs and carried 2 1/2 hours house to house. Sunday 2 1/2 hours tennis. Knee a little sore. Tired tonight!

| oh what an active weekend! i am STILL tired! fri: 60 mins cardio (elliptical and bike), lifted shoulders. sat: ran to/from gym (3+ miles total), 60 mins cardio at the gym (elliptical and bike), lifted chest. then biked all over chicago w/ BF ... fun! sun: walked to the gym, 60 mins cardio at the gym (elliptical and bike), lifted biceps and did abs, then ran home from gym. biked all over w/ BF again. walked to grocery and lugged everything home. then cleaned apartment, finally cooked dinner for mom (visiting) and BF! |

| I haven't exercised since Thursday so I was excited to get to the gym today. I worked one hour on the elliptical machine and burned 666 calories! Whew! I hope to keep it up, which I love to exercise so it shouldn't be a problem, and then lose some weight on Wednesday's weigh in at the dietition. I sure missed exercising this weekend but I was busy with my in-laws and their new baby girl. I just love little girls! |

| We were in the water for about 2 hours tonight working on a lot of different things...I am tired so I guess it was a good workout! feels good anyway!

| walked 1.5 miles today and swam an hour for the class...not really a workout, but I did get some swimming in

| Did 35 minutes on the elliptical today and 1 hour in the pool with my 6 year old. Whew! I go in to be weighed tomorrow and hope that the scale has finally moved! |

| lets see, last week only got in three hours of work out, this week so far have surpassed it monday swim 1/2 mile, 30 min aqua aerobics tuesday water aerobics 1 hour, jazzercise 1 hour this morning swim little more than 1/2 mile (upped laps from 40 to 50) and then another 20 min of water work outs Carrie, I have been here, just not everyday, somedays, I just can't get on the computer.... but I am still hitting the gym 6 days, and have added jazzercise two days at lunch, and today started working on swimming a little more doing good....c

| All the extra exercise paid off! I lost 3 pounds since Monday! It seems so close to the 100's! yippee! Today I worked 1 hour on the elliptical and was happy to do it! I wore my husband's shirt to the gym and can't believe that it fits. I fit into XL now instead of 3X where I started. Woo hoo! |

| Today I did a lot of exercise! I won't be able to be weighed in at the diet center until Tuesday since it is Memorial day weekend so I plan on working extra hard since I have an extra day! Today I walked to my sons school and then back home with my 1 year old in a stroller. Maybe only a mile or so but it was fun. I also did the elliptical machine for an hour and then went shopping for food and stuff which is always good walking! I plan on cleaning now and then loading up the family for a picnic outside for a healthy dinner of lunchables for them |
