Is anyone out there into cycling? I got my bike out of the shed and dusted it down. I also bought a new gel filled seat for it and I am raring to go.

LOVE IT. bought a bike about 2.5 weeks ago and I ride everyday. its amazing how much further you can go from day to day.. its so fast how you get use to it!

my goal is to be able to do mountain biking and go on long adventures within 6 months.. at this rate.. I don't see it being a problem.

Its the best work out I have found that I enjoy and have no problem doing.
