No "deliberate" exercise today. But, I helped one of our drivers transfer the contents of one truck to another. Whew! That was tough! I was sweaty, winded, and tired when we were done.

I'm trying to at LEAST exercise every other day, if not every day. No more than one day in between without exercise. For me, that is good!

My loss held, & I was down another pound. No dairy, good exercise= weight loss 4 me!

I worked out on my home gym....I could tell I hadn't been using it for the last few days. I did 2 sets of 7 exercises, 16 reps twice. Some are harder than others. I'll be on the Gazelle tomorrow, and try to get some more time on the gym during Survivor Thursday night.

lets see -- i left off after Fridays lower body workout

saturday i did BFL style Upper Body
    sunday - day of rest
Monday - feeling under the weather... 60 min low intensity cardio (Elliptical cross Trainer while reading)
    Tuesday - Lower Body:
    Walking Lunges (3 sets of 24), Leg Press/Calves - 3 sets of 10,
Giant set of :reverse lunges off the STEP, ballet Squat, dead lift -- 2 sets of 12 (squat and D/L w/#45)
one set each of leg curls and leg extension at #75 each til failure

Wednesday (today) BFL style 20Minute Aerobic Solution (If youre not familiar, it's working at intensities for one min each 6-9 then the last of 4 sets, hitting your 10.) I'd say i got to 9.5 with the HR hitting 178, with 184 being 100%.

guess tomorrow is Upper Body. and Friday will be 60 min cardio then off to the pool - hopefully if we can fit it in.

Did 10 minutes on the treadmill and 45 minutes on the elliptical. Worked hard and felt good! Then I went on to weight machines for toning for 1/2 hour.

I just love exercise well watching TV Maxibee. It keeps my mind off what I'm doing. My father bought me an exercise arm band radio for the gym. I also like exercising to music. Can't wait to use it tomorrow.

    Default November Exercise accountability

Today I did 63 minutes on the elliptical and then weight machines for toning. I was able to add some weight to machines again (2nd time since I started). I'm up to 110 pounds with my legs but can only life 15 pounds with my arms on some of the machines. I'm a weenie! Other arm machines have gone onto 40 pounds so it just depends on what arm muscles I'm working.

Heather, I'm the same way. On my home gym, I can do 4 completely different arm exercises. They are all fairly easy at 30# except one. It's hard! The leg exercises are different, too. Like you said....it depends on what muscles you are using during each exercise.

I "stood up" the Gazelle the other night. TOM is here and I've felt like garbage for 2 days. That's unusual for me.

I am planning on using the Gazelle tonight while watching "NUMB3RS". I enjoy it once I get started. It's that whole getting started thing that's the problem! LOL!

I'm sure I mentioned this before but I read an article on this study that said that you burn more calories a week before TOM and during TOM. That must be why we are always so hungry! I always think that this is my chance to lose the most! I just got over TOM to whoosh 3 pounds off within a few days. I'm glad I put in the extra exercise to do it! It is so hard to make it through the cravings but worth it in the end. Keep up the good work Maxibee!
