Hey everyone!
You guys are doing SPLENDID!!! Everybody sounds totally devoted here...yay!!!

Carrie...thanks for the well wishes. I did have surgery, but it was not sinus; it was removal of BCC(basal cell carcinoma) on my nose...ouch! Then had to have a plastic surgery repair 2 days later...bigger ouch!...LOL Finally feeling almost back to normal, so I did do a *short* workout today.
20 minutes on the stairmaster, and 25 min extreme TM. Sweated the big one...woohoo!!! :jumpgreen

starting yesterday AM, I have been side-lined with Vertigo. Not sure what happend to trigger it, but i've just been resting... too much movement makes me wanna hurl.

hopefully i wont be taking too much time off.. cuz that would suck from all the hard work i've been putting back into fitness.

Terese,
Bummer on the vertigo. Do take care though...you certainly do not want to get a cracked noggin' if you were to take a fall.
Hope you are feeling better soon

Confession time here: I have been awful! As good as I feel when I do exercise, I still haven't been doing it consistently. Granted, I felt like the bottom of a shoe for a couple of days, but exercising probably would've made me feel better.

So, back on track I go. Monday is the start of a new week. Here goes!

I actually got on the Gazelle tonight. During CSI Miami. It is squeaking and I cannot figure out where to spray the WD-40.

Tomorrow is Biggest Loser and I always work out on the gym as I watch it. They are so inspiring!

Yesterday I did the elliptical for 22 minutes, treadmill 1/2 hour and then the weight machines for 1/2 hour. Today I'll be going back to the gym for more treadmill and more elliptical.

I did 2 "rounds" on the home gym. And I got on the Gazelle during the last part of Nip/Tuck. I was down a pound this morning, and I want that trend to continue......I know exercise is key.

Great job Maxibee!

Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then weight training. I'll be going back to the gym this pm with a friend for 1/2 hour on the treadmill and maybe more weight training.
