| I was so sore that I only did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'm spending the afternoon cleaning to burn some more calories though. I plan on cooking a big meal for the family, untempting foods for me of course, just to keep moving. I'll be scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming and you name it today! |

| Today 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes muscle toning. I'm getting so good on the ab machine. I feel like I actually know what I'm doing when I get to the gym now. |

| 40 minutes at the gym today - treadmill and lower body weight training. Three hours of dance class on Saturday, and either a break, or back to the gym on Sunday.

| Whew, Tina! I would definitely need the break! LOL! I stayed on the Gazelle the entire time "Survivor" was on.....not sure about calories burned, but it felt good. I'll try to get in a workout today....in addition to Thanksgiving preparations!

| thurs: ran 6.3 miles in 60 mins on a junk treadmill at the hotel gym. but it worked - i sweated like a dog! then walked for a while on an incline. fri: ran 60 mins, biked 15 mins, did abs. sat: crunched for time - ran 6.2 miles in 60 mins.

| No, I didn't formally work out. I have no excuse. Just lazy, I guess. My house looks wonderful, though. I hope we can maintain it....I don't want to do a huge re-clean before our guests arrive Thursday. I have my shoes and sweats on now. I'm gonna work out today for sure. I would normally skip Sunday, but since I'm dressed and I missed yesterday, I'll do it today. I only have 4 more weigh-ins to meet my mini-goal.

I skipped yesterday for exercise but did wonderful with my calories and food. Lowered them enough so that exercise probably would have made my body go into starvation mode. Will exercise everyday now and try for a bit on Thursday morning before everyone wakes up. When family is up the 1 year old sits on my belley when I'm doing crunches. Cute but a pain! |

| hey everyone ...... sun: ran 6.3 miles in 60 mins, biked 15 mins, lifted leg muscles. day off tomorrow! feeling good - only 4 lbs away from my FINAL goal weight!!

| You are doing so great Carrie! With all the exercise that you get in there is going to be no problem with you getting to your goal weight. |

| Today I went to the gym and worked 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 30 minutes on the weight machine. I might go back tonight if I get some cravings of off limit foods for me. I'm going to try an exercise ball with video this afternoon so wish me luck! |

| I worked out on the homegym last night, and also got on the Gazelle for a while, but nothing tonight. I'm getting everything ready for Thursday. Tomorrow night is the Biggest Loser Finale....I always work out when it's on.

| mon: day off tues: ran 30 mins, upright bike 30 mins (i haven't used that machine in a long time b/c i have been doing so much running - and it was HAAARD. just goes to show that you have to mix it up!!

| wed: OMG, my hamstrings are still killing me. i could barely walk yesterday. so i decided to do my pilates DVD before going to the gym today (hoping to help stretch out my legs - b/c i really wanted to get an hour run in today). pilates was good ... i'm sure i'll feel it in my core tomorrow. anyway, got to the gym - could only run a mile (10 mins) before my legs gave out. so i biked hard for 30 mins (hoping once again to limber up my legs!) - then back to the treadmill for another 20 mins of running. i was so frustrated w/ myself ... so i got on the elliptical machine and went hard for 20 mins. so ... 80 mins of cardio in total, but i'm still peeved i didn't get my hour run. :( i weighed before i left the gym and i'm down another pound!! only 3 more til goal!
