| Carrie, how's the tummy today? I think I am finally in my routine again. Hope I don't get off track this coming week(DD and little grandson coming in frrom CA). I think I may be able to get up early and get to the gym and be home by the time they roll out of bed...LOL. Did 1 hr of cardio today; 20 min stairmaster and 40 min extreme treadmill for 415 cal. Then did some abs and upper arms and thigh work/wts. Sweated the big one! Off to shower...I can't stand me...

| hi all! great job all around - keep up the good work! yes, my tummy was acting up yesterday (not b/c of exercise) ... but it seems to be better today. sun: ran 6.2 miles in 60 mins, biked 15 mins.

| Thanks guys! Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I would have liked to have done an hour but had hip problems yesterday and so far this morning. Could be arthritis even though I'm 27. Runs in the family. Did 1/2 hour on the weight machines too. I will exercise until I can't move anymore! How is that for determination? |

| I did my WATP last night. Was sitting there griping about how I have no motivation to do it, and realized I was watching a TV show that I care absolutely nothing about and could just as easily be doing my work-out. Made a new rule. No message boards until AFTER I do my work-out and that was good enough motivation to get me to do it first thing this morning!

| Today I'm cleaning exercising. Hopefully I'll have time later to do my aerobics that I recorded but if not I know I burned calories today. Well get to the gym tomorrow if the weather is good enough for weight training and the elliptical. |

| No exercise yesterday, but I did 3 rounds of strength training on my home gym....while I watched "The Biggest Loser". The results those people had are amazing. I will probably be on the Gazelle while LOST is on tomorrow night. I forget I'm exercising when I'm really getting into the show. Now that I've dropped a few pounds, I feel like I'm getting flabbier. I've gotta get this all firmed up!

| Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 1/2 hour doing the machines for muscle toning. Some of those people on BL had a 6 pack and I didn't see any stretch marks. I'll keep up the work so I can look like them. Have a good workout during Lost tonight Maxibee! |

| I just forgot about the exercise while Lost was on tonight. Duh. I'm tired. I was up late last night and I worked like a racehorse today. My goal: to exercise the whole time Survivor is on like I did last week.
