| Let's all keep on *sweatin' the big one* and remember.... Fudge is NOT worth 20 minutes on the stairmaster... Pie is NOT worth 30 minutes on the treadmill... Cake is NOT worth 40 minutes on the eliptical.... We ARE worth it to take the time for ourselves during the busy holiday season and take care of our bodies, eat healthly, exercise, and take that oh so relaxing bubble bath! OK gang....here we go...

| Shelley, I've never joined in (so far) the monthly exercise accountability challenges, so this is my first time. I'm giving up dairy for the month of November and I also want to be more consistent with my exercise. Maybe joining you all on this thread will help me.

| Yea! It's Maxibee! Today I plan on heading to the gym tonight to watch the biggest loser while working on the elliptical for 60 minutes. I work so hard when I watch that show! |

| Hi seriousgrl! Just jump in when ever you get some exercise in. The only requirement I've found is checking in to let us know what exercise is done. I've even counted housework as an exercise (with all boys/men in the house you can imagine) and playing at the playground with my son. Variety is the spice of life |

| I worked out (one set) on my home gym. Then, I hopped on the Gazelle for a while. I don't know calories or distance....."someone" (DD) has been fooling with it again. Although it was minimal exercise, it WAS exercise and I'm glad I at least did SOME! My job is very physically demanding. I'm sprinting across our warehouse to answer the phone or bending and lifting product all day. If I could only talk myself into getting up earlier and working out before work, I know I'd do better. Who else?

| oops..forgot to check in yesterday. Did 65 min of cardio; 20 min stairmaster and 45 min extreme TM for a 450 calorie burn. Fitday listed as a 435 cal burn, so that works for me No gym today; I am scheduled for surgery at 1200. Hope to be back in the gym by the end of the week. Happy sweating everyone! ![]() Shelley

| Going to the gym this morning to workout with my dad. We'll do 15 minutes on the bike, 45 minutes on the elliptical and then weight training. |

| I think I am finally back among the land of the living...and I am working out again against my doctors wishes...still rattly in the chest, but I can't not work out forever and if it is my asthma it is going to be a really long time before I get it clear again! Anyway, swam 500 yards yesterday and 650 today...plus walked 2.5 miles yesterday and 2 today...with the kids in PE!

| hi guys ... wed: ran 6.25 miles in 60 mins, biked hard 20 mins, lifted back muscles. really pushed it - felt good. down another lb, too!

| I was going to do the ellipical but did some errands and feel so bloated and yucky that I decided that this messy house is what needs the most exercise. Been at it for a few hours now so burning some good calories. |
