| tues: ran about 6.6 miles on slight incline (good speed again today), biked intervals 10 mins, worked abs, lifted legs (went kinda light b/c i haven't lifted leg muscles in a while), and stretched out ....

| Have a great time on vacation Heather! The rest will do you good. We'll keep the light on for you! Awesome Carrie! I'll bet those endorphins were kicking in pretty good! Good idea going light on the leg weights. I'll bet you're sore tomorow! Did legs today and set 2 more PR's on sqats and deadlifts! Took it easy on the step ups since they kind of make my knees sore. But did lunges and abs.

| hey gang .... took yesterday off b/c i had a final exam after work. thurs: ran 6.41 miles in 60 mins (that's my best time since i tore the tendon in my foot, so i guess that means i'm almost 100%!!), finished 6.5 miles in just over 60 mins. going on a mini vacation to MI this weekend, but plan to do some running outdoors.

| Good to see you back at it again April! Have fun this weekend Carrie! Did upper body workout today. Today was light weights, high reps and little rest in between. Was breathing heavy and sweating like an animal. I'm planning on taking my next work out off (Sunday). I really need a rest period to ensure not over training. Will try to do some other stuff besides weight training.

| hi guys! hope you all had a great weekend. BF and i ran six miles on both friday and saturday. the terrain was really hilly, so we worked really hard! took today (sunday) off.

| Back to the gym tonight and did upper body and abs. I had one of those scary moments when I was doing bench press and couldn't get the bar up for the last rep. Fortunately I was able to roll the bar down to my waist and sit up. Then somehow managed to lift the bar off of my body, and set it on the bench. I guess I could have called for help (there were people around, tho no one seemed to notice my shenannigans), I guess I would have if I couldn't get the bar off of me. Fortunatly I am sufficiently weak enough that there was only 125 pounds on the bar. :o

| hi guys!! april, that is so sweet, thanks. gregg, that is scary .... you be careful!! can you ask someone to spot when you're lifting heavy? tues: ran 6.5 miles, biked 15 mins intervals, lifted chest muscles. my new running shoes (asics cumulus VIII) came in the mail yesterday, so i'll get to try em out tonite. exciting!!

| Carried 2 hours (5 miles?) on a walking route today. Did squats and deadlifts tonight. I hope you are enjoying your new shoes Carrie! Good to see you April! Yes Carrie I can get a spotter if I need one. I guess I just pooped out on that last set. I thought I could do one more rep. I guess I was wrong lol. Carrie, maybe you need a rest?

| hey gregg!! do you do that walking route for work? every single day? yes, i would definitely say that two hours of walking is at least 5 miles, maybe more! my workout was hard again last nite ... maybe i do need a rest?? i don't know. i took sunday off completely from exericse, so i thought that would be enough. maybe i just need to try another form of cardio? running is so strange - one day i feel like a MILLION bucks (like i could run and run foreeeever), and then a couple days later i feel like lead legs and can barely finish. tres bizarre. anyhoo, thurs: ran 6 miles in a little under 60 mins (pretty slow), biked 15 mins intervals on the upright bike, then lifted triceps.
