| fri: well, i felt back to normal today ... maybe b/c it is i ran earlier in the day? or maybe diet or hormones, whatever. anyhoo, ran 6.5 miles - felt strong and fast. walked on an incline after that for a while. no time for lifting.

| sun: went to bally's gym as a guest w/ BF since we were out in the burbs ... ran 6.0 miles (treadmill felt WAY different than i am used to and the run felt very difficult), biked 15 mins intervals, lifted shoulder muscles.

| hello there! wed: ran about 6.25 miles, biked 15 mins intervals, and lifted biceps. thurs: out of town on business, but i managed to run for 65 mins on the crappy hotel treadmill. it is SO HUMID in ohio right now, i sweated more than i ever have in my life!! it was crazy .... felt like death when i finished.

| hey gang! gregg, yeah i try to go for 7 miles whenever i'm feeling especially energetic. sun: not much time today, but i ran 6.3 miles in 60 mins and then walked to 6.5. bumbed up my incline a bit more than usual.

| Leg day yesterday. Set new PRs in squats and deadlifts. Carrie, my split is pretty basic. 3 w/o per week, legs one day and upperbody the other 2 days. But as a matter of fact it is straight out of "New Rules" by Schuler and Cosgrove. keep on keepin on!

| mon: ran 6.5 miles, biked 15 mins, lifted shoulders. got hit w/ a stomach virus on monday nite ... kept me in bed all day tues and most of today. no gym for two days!! :(
