| Head to vacation tomorrow, might go to gym to swim before we go, planning on walking, and swimming and doing some workouts in the pool.... will keep you posted if I get on a computer, if not, when I get back. see you on the 14th c

| carolyn, have fun on vacation!! yesterday i ran 6.0 miles in about 58 mins. didn't think i was even going have time to work out, so i was pleased!

| gregg some camping, we have a time share in conroe texas will go there for 6 days, come home and repack to go to the Kerrville Folk Fest (year 35) dh and I met there when we were on volunteer staff - camping in a pop up camper (too old to do the ground thing any more) back home on the 12th and back to work on the 14th.... looking forward to that long a period of time off c

| I'm still here! My oldest son had to stay home from school today but I was still able to get in an hour walk since DH doesn't work until the afternoon. |

| Okay, time to figure out all the exercise I've gotten today. 60min elliptical 35min weight training 20min bike ride Almost 2 hour walk Tomorrow is a busy day so won't be able to do much exercise. Hoping to get some dance dance revolution in with the playstation though hopefully. Maybe I'll talk my 7 year old in another bike ride. |

| wow heather, way to go!! you must sleeping really well w/ all that exercise and fresh air! fri: ran 6.5 miles (increased incline and speed ... felt like super woman, LOL!), then biked intervals for 15 mins, and lifted shoulders.

| 30 minutes treadmill this morning at the gym; first time ever I used the incline feature; 15 minutes recumbent bike with resistance set at 2; tried the elliptical but it hurts my knees, so I must not be using it right.

| Here is something I found April on elliptical's that might help: http://www.cherylrichardson.com/cgi-bin/qam/95.shtml Today I got in 60min on the elliptical and 35 min weight training. Day is still young, will get cleaning in and hopefully a walk to the grocery stores with my son's later. |

| Thanks, Heather, for that link. I tried it again this morning on more resistance and it was better. So, this morning it was 25 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 incline at 3.5mph, 10 minutes on elliptical, and 10 minutes on recumbent bike. I'm going to the gym this weekend and will ask for help on how to use the elliptical properly. There aren't people around at 5:45am to help me.

| april, great to see that you're able to get back to the gym!! way to go! anyhoo ... mon: had a killer workout - ran 7.0 miles in about 66 mins (really pushed my speed and bumped up the incline slightly) and lifted tricep muscles. felt really stong.

| I'll be off the computer until a little after July. I'm off to Korea and the Philippines to visit my brother and his family JUST ME AND MY DAD June 9 - June 30. I'm going to miss my husband and two boys so bad! I'm already binge eating today just thinking about it! Pray for me that I don't gain 50 pounds in 3 weeks on my vacation. |
