| Hey Carrie! Actually, I'm just healthy eating. Nothing too strict but maintaining a "good carb" way of eating. I'm sticking with the anything in moderation...and I'm learning a ton about myself that way - what makes me feel good when I eat it, what makes me feel blah... Saturday - ran 6 (it killed) and I slept like a Bear on Sat night!! Sunday - ran 6.8 - and upper body/abs Monday - 45 cardio and butt/thighs and going to a PM yoga class (signed up for 3wk beginner class) Tuesday - off Wednesday - 1hr cardio and upper body Thursday - 45 cardio and butt/abs Friday - off Sat - run 6.8 and upper body

| Today I did 60 minutes of elliptical and 60 minutes weight training. I feel like I'm a woman on a mission!! |

| saturday 1 hour water aerobics, 1 hour water volleyball sunday 45 min doing weights and 1 hour water volleyball this morning swam 45 laps (little more than half mile) and did 25 min of water exercises gonna try to hit gym on the way home to do weights c

| You guys are doing great! I'm slowly increasinf the intensity on my morning workouts. Mostly just stretching and ab work and pushups.. Got a little walk in today too.

| didn't make the gym last night (was tooo tired) but did water aerobics this morning, going to try to get up a little earlier in the am that way I can get to the gym when it opens at 5:30 and do weights before I swim, then I won't have to go by there on the way home. c

| Hi everyone, hope I can intrude. I have started the couch to 5k programme and I am currently on week 3. One more session and I will be moving to week 4. I am LOVING it! I never really though I would love running but I do.

| One day I will run that hour in treadmill. It's really 45 minutes with 15 minutes being stretching and ab workout. Today I did 45 minutes in spinning class and 45 minutes of weight training. Feel great today! |

| Have a fun party tomorrow! Today I went to the gym and I did 10 mins on the elliptical, 25 mins on the treadmill (couch to 5k programme) and 10 mins on a bicycle. Then I spent 45 minutes in the spa woot.

| 1/10: ran 35 mins and biked 30 mins 1/11: ran 6.25 miles (short on time b/c of school, work, and life in general - so i've been having to cut out weight lifting here and there. hope to catch up this weekend.) |
