| Hey guys! Everyone is doing GREAT!!! Carrie, if I have good songs on my Ipod, I can do distance no sweat -- if not, it's a bit painful. ha ha! All in all though, I sleep better, feel better and have really slimmed down in thighs and stomach. Although, I've only lost 4 pds. Believe it. The scale is a liar!! Sat - ran 6.8 and lifted upper body and abs Sunday - run 6.8 and thighs/butt and abs Monday - run 6.8 and upper body/abs -- PM yoga class (so great!!) Tuesday - off Wednesday - 45mins cardio and thighs/butt Thursday - 1 hr cardio and abs Friday - off Saturday -- run 6.8 and upper body/abs

| Wow!! This thread is looking great for an exercise thread. Everyone is working pretty hard! Today I was anxious to get to the gym. LOVE that feeling! I did 60 minutes on the elliptical. Was going to walk on the treadmill but decided I didn't want to overdo it since I'll be swimming with the kids tomorrow from as long as 12:30 - 3pm when dh gets off of work to pick us up. Need to save all my strength for them. We usually use the last 15 minutes to let mommy unwind in the hot tub. |

| Today was such a nice day that I went for a run in the park instead. I found it REALLY hard as opposed to running on the treadmill. Main thing was pace, I think I set off too quick and therefore got tired a lot faster.

| I've always wanted to be a runner Alcmene. I'm working on getting better in treadmill class and then will move on from there one day. I bet running in the park was better then seeing the same boring things running on a treadmill. I'm going to try to get to the gym tonight before they close and do 45 minutes weight training and maybe a bit of walking while catching up on gym magazines. |

| Hey You got to treadmill class? Where? That sounds good! Yes, running in the park is nice, although I really like the treadmill, I plug my headphones in and watch TV whilst I run!

| Oh yea, treadmill class (a.k.a. trekking) is my Tuesday class. Wednesday is cycling - so hard! sunday is swimming/Thursday off and the other 3 days are elliptical usually with mon/wed/fri weight training. |

| Okay so yesterday I did 20 minutes treadmill, 40 minutes weight training and 60 minutes of elliptical. This morning I did 60 minutes of elliptical and 45 minutes walking on the treadmill. I've got my music on, getting caught up on the computer and then will be off dancing while I clean this morning. Then I'm sure I'll be ready for a nap. |

| I went back to the gym this evening for ANOTHER workout. Woman on a mission!! I did 60 minutes elliptical and 10 minutes treadmill. Pedometer read 27,300 now but I'm sure I'll get 27,500 before my head touches my pillow in a bit. Night! |

| I want to start using my Pedometer but I've lost it! :( Today I went to a 1 hour Pilates class. I used to go regularly but not been in over a year and I found it HARD.

| been awhile since I posted here but have been getting to the gym (until the ice/snow storm hit on monday) anyway, friday swam 50 laps and did water aerobics for 15 minutes saturday - 1 hour water aerobics and 1 hour water volleyball sunday - 1 hour water volleyball and weights (35 minutes) monday - snow tuesday - snow wednesday - snow thursday - hopefully will get to do water volleyball. c

| Water volleyball sounds ace. Today I did 30 mins on elliptical and 3x10 reps on 4 different weight machines.
