| Yesterday I went to the gym and did 60 minutes on the elliptical. I got new shoes and of course they made my feet ache. Bought some new socks with extra cushion so I hope that helps until I can break in the shoes better. Won't be able to get in much cardio/weight training much since I'm housesitting and took the kids with me. Will be here until March but me and the kids plan on walking a lot. Hope the weather keeps us! We walked back and forth to the school today and the pedometer reads almost 16,000 steps. Great day and didn't even get to the gym. |

| hey everyone! great work all around! i am still keeping up w/ my workouts, just no time to post ... i can't remember each day exactly - but i've been running approx 6 miles a day (varying incline on the treadmill) daily since 1/12. took 2 days off somewhere in there. still haven't returned to my weight lifting schedule, time just hasn't permitted. feel good about keeping up w/ the daily cardio though. |
