| Sunday - ran 6 outside Monday - off Tuesday - off Wednesday - 1hr cross train and abs/butt Thursday - 45mins cardio and upper body Friday - 1hr cardio and abs/butt Saturday - run 6.8 miles outside and upperbody

| Oh good! You started the thread. Today was good with 45 minutes weight training and 60 minutes in trekking class. Pedometer read nearly 14,000 steps today. |

| hi everyone!!! happy new year! thanks for asking about finals ... ended up w/ an A in finance (yeah!) and a B in my management course. i've still been running and working out ... just haven't had time to post. fiance and i went to san diego w/ my folks over the holidays, and we did some really good running along the beaches and in town. anyhoo .... went to the gym on NYE, 1/1, and 1/2. can i just say how much i cannot stand the people who crowd my gym b/c of their new year's resolutions to exercise!! i know i should be happy that they're all trying to improve their health, but COME ON! i had to wait in line for a treadmill yesterday. :( oh poor me, LOL. 12/31: ran 6.5 miles and lifted shoulders 1/1: ran 6.3 miles and lifted biceps 1/2: ran 6.1 miles and biked 15 mins here's to a great year of fitness!! |

| Looks like we're off to a great New Year here everyone! Today I did spinning class. I can't get my heart rate up as high as I'd like even though it is such a tough class! It's my Wednesday class to get some variety in for my week. Tomorrow is elliptical and weight training again. |

| Gregg you make me laugh.... every January you are here doing your best then you slack then you are back... I love it... anyway, me too this past year was horrible, but I am back on track. Did weights last night on my way home from work, and water aerobics this morning, tonite I plan to go to gym for water volleyball... weight training either tomorrow night or saturday morning. trying to go to the gym every day for a little while, then see if i can add weights in the mornings when I go instead of having to go twice a day *the gym opens at 5:30 am, and I usually go to get there by 6am, so maybe getting there at 5:30 am do weights then swim or do water aerobics...mmmm.well we will have to see if I can get up a little earlier... later gaters

| Today I did some dancing and lots of walking. Pedometer is reading over 13,000 steps. woo hoo! |

| So great to have the gang back. Unfortunately, I'm been battling an outrageous flu since Tuesday and have not been able to get out of bed until today. And even now, I'm not feeling 100% -- so, obviously, there has been zero exercise. It would've been unhealthy for me to exercise this week. I'm hoping tomorrow I can go running outside.

| water volleyball last night 1 hour this morning swam 30 laps (20 minutes) then did 20 min of water weights and 20 minutes of water aerobics for 1 hour this morning taking tonite off, will be at the gym tomorrow morning doing weights then water aerobics and water volleyball

| Did morning calithnenics - crunches, leg raises and pushups. Carolyn that's me alright, lol .. kind of like the seasons, hot and cold, ebb and flow...

| Today I did 60 minutes on the elliptical and tons of walking. 16,000 steps in today I'm betting by the time I go to bed. Shannon - hope that you feel better soon my dear. |

| Hi everyone, I just started Curves so I only have my 30 minutes of exercise three days this week, due to low carb flu! Jan 2nd - 4th - and 6th. Hope to go everyday next week. Frannie |

| Welcome Frannie!! Today I did 60 more minutes on the elliptical. Sister drove and needed to be home fast so we were unable to get in weight training. Maybe tonight I'll go before they close but only if this Saturday drag wears off. |
