| Sunday - ran 1 1/2 hr and did "Ripped" Going to a huge Indian (Bollywood) festival today!! Lots of great indian food and interesting people. Who knew that was available in Hanoi?? Carrie, how are wedding plans going? Do you have the dress???

| Thursday - ran for 62mins walked for 10mins --- upped my speed on the treadmill -- very happy about that!!!!

| Great job Shannon! You must feel great! Yesterday I did 60 minutes elliptical and my lower body video workout. I just got it last week and couldn't finish the workout it's pretty hard. Yesterday I was able to get all but maybe the last 2 minutes in. Maybe a few more weeks! As soon as I get in my exercise for today I'll let you know. Been busy this morning, going to doc for checkup follow up and then will exercise later. |

| ohhhhhhhh, what's the lower body workout video?? Really, I cannot say enough about video working out -- it's like having a personal trainer in your living room!! Friday (today) - 55mins of "Ripped" -- maybe run tonight but will post if so tomorrow. Today really really going to try to get in 3 liters of water.

| It's called lower body (abs, buns and thighs) Double pump featuring Shpressa. Since I like to do lower one day and upper the next this video is wonderful!! Plus it's hard so I can work up to it. I hate when I feel like I didn't work out enough. Shannon, you really are doing great! Did upper body workout - 1 hour and then elliptical 1 hour as well. Feeling pretty good and we'll see how I feel tomorrow. |

| Did the lower body workout video this morning and then this evening before dinner I did 65 minutes on the elliptical. |

| Didn't run last night -- too tired -- relaxed instead Saturday -- ran 1hr walked 15mins - did 55 mins of cardioblast (combo of cardio and weights) KILLED ME!!! Another humid and rainy day in Hanoi...tonight is the St. Patrick's day party...hope it will be fun!!

| Kinda weird day of exercise because folks were on the treadmill and I had to wait sooooo... 20 mins bike (no level) 13 mins rowing machine (have a feeling I will be feeling this tomorrow) 45 mins running on a higher level (8.0 KPH -- I think...) 55 mins of "Ripped" DVD Very cold, damp day in Hanoi. The party last night was ok.

| Hey gals, my first post in March... :( but better late than never... did a 1 1/4 hr run along Lake Ontario tonight, it was awesome! Knees were a little sore when I got home but I don't even care - getting out there and pushing it is well worth it! |

| I'm still here guys. I've taken a few days off from cardio as I'm coughing up junk. Spring cold! The scale keeps moving down so as soon as I get back to exercising I'll have to increase my calories more then I had originally thought. I'm eating 1600 calories nearly a day w/o exercise and losing. Woo hoo! I'm thinking on heavy exercise days to do 2000 a day. Can you imagine what it will take to maintain? I'll just average out how much I'm losing each week. A pound a week is extra 500/2 pounds 1000. |
