| Today I am going to do 30 minutes on the elliptical and up to an hour of lower body weight training. I'll do this during my tv watching tonight to keep me away from overeating. It's hard to watch all those fast food commercials and not want to eat so will do other things to keep me distracted. I don't have any off plan foods but still run the risk of overeating even on them and going over on calories. Have a good March everyone getting healthy! |

| Today (Saturday) - ran 1hr, cardiosculpt 1hr and 15mins "ripped" -- I had a lot of energy today. Will sleep like the dead tonight!

| Been pretty active in my step pedometer the last few days. Today should be an okay one only because I jumped on the elliptical for 30 minutes, AM going to do 8 year old room decluttering AND upper body weight training before bed. Better get to it! |

| Today (Sunday) Ran for 1hr and then "Ripped" for one hour -- chugging water. Went shopping today and actually fit into clothes over here --that's a major feat! I'm understanding how important it is now to cardio AND weights. Weights break you of any type of stall -- most definitely. Actually, I woke up this mornig at 4am and was ravenous - had to eat (small handful of popcorn) to go back to sleep. My metabolism is definitely changing for the better. Tomorrow - either rest or cardioblast.

| hey gang! wow, everyone is doing great!!! so proud of you all. i am still keeping up w/ my workouts, just not time to post w/ school, work, wedding planning and all. ran about 18.5 miles over the weekend, biked 30 mins, lifted chest and biceps. i'm going to try to post more often! |

| Hey gang!! Yesterday I did lower body and elliptical 30 minutes. Since my upper body has fully recovered after 48 hours I'll go ahead and work that today. I'll also get in 30 minues on my elliptical. Got to get it all in before my boys show Heroes comes on. Can't miss that one. |

| walked yesterday and today. got in 2 miles before the heel REALLY started hurting. :( anyhoo...walked 2mi/4517 steps/35 min/170 cal burn(per pedometer) slowly building back up to speed and mileage. happy trails! S.

| You all are doing great! I didn't get in my elliptical yesterday. Just couldn't build enough energy but I did have 17,000 steps on my pedometer. Just keep moving I tell myself and the weight HAS to fall off. Dang pants are super tight this morning despite my best efforts of having more then a week on plan. Eating so good for a week you would think my pants would be loose and not tighter. yeesh! Maybe I'm just building to much belly and butt muscle - lol. Yeah, that's it...maybe I'm an overachiever. |

| Great job Shelley! Got in lower body today since I got a new lower body exercise video. Whew, it's hard!! Also did 30 minutes on the elliptical with 6 minutes backwards to focus on glutes. Cleaned a lot today to get ready for landlord visit tomorrow. Even got a nap. Full day! |
