| Last night I did 30 minutes on the treadmill...1.7 miles at 3.5 mph. I peeked at what I have in store for tonight and it's a night of fast, slow, fast, slow repetitions. I'll be sweatin' for sure.

| Last night: 5 minutes warmup on treadmill....2.8mph Increased speed to 4.5 and ran for 1 minute Dropped speed to 3.8 for 10 minutes Then repeated the increasing and decreasing for 3 reps. 10 minute cooldown. Peeked at tonights workout...looks like it's 60 minutes. Hoo Boy!

| I'll be doing weights soon....no biking today due to an aching knee. I can't take anything for it due to no pain relievers to prepare for Monday's surgery. I don't want to aggravate it so I'll stay home...it will probably be a week or two before I can ride outdoors again.

| walked with jogging sprints today...STBO!!!! I'm going to have to start getting out on the streets earlier to beat the heat. walked 70 min/4.01 miles/329 cal burn/avgsp 3.34mph happy trails.....

| Great job Shelley on getting some jogging in! - Today I did an hour on the elliptical, currently walking on the treadmill (until I reach pedometer step goal) which should be about 30 minutes and will get off to do 30 minutes of upper body weight training. |

| Hi Everyone! Busy the last few days with no time to get a workout. Today is the same. Tomorrow is my surgery so obviously my workouts will be extremely light after. I'm going to check with the dr. to see what I can do. I've got several things planned that will be possibilities if he gives the ok. Not as strenuous as what I usually do but it's something to keep moving!

| Hi Everyone! I'm home and doing well! Taking it easy today....the dr. said no restrictions but if it hurts, don't do it! So tomorrow I'll do some gentle biking on my indoor bike. DH put it in the livingroom for me so I wouldn't have to go downstairs. Thanks for the well wishes! See ya later!
