Glad you'll be joining us! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() today's walk: 55 min/3.06 miles/258 cal burn/avg sp 3.18mph my walking seemed a little *off* today; my legs tightened up at about 1 mile out; then I was fighting the darn 25mph S winds!...so my time is a little slow and distance a little low. happy trails....

| I got out for a short bike ride - 12.59 miles. It started to rain so I had to head home because I knew storms were coming. I got sprinkled on all the way home but missed the downpour! I'll be doing weights, etc. after lunch has settled a bit! |

| I didn't get on the treadmill last night but cutting the grass, running up and down the stairs doing laundry and walking the dogs has to count for something. We'll be out of town this weekend but I'll be back on track Monday for sure.

| North winds at 15-20MPH!!!...aarrgghhh! BUT....I walked anyway, and ended up STBO! LOL! walked: 58 min/3.26miles/274 cal burn/avgsp 3.19mph happy trails....

| Hey gang!! I'm here, feeling better so got a nice walk in with the beautiful weather - 66 degrees!! Walked about 3 hours I'm guessing for some nice mama time. |

| Just got back from a 28.15 mile bike ride. Was planning on 30+ miles but the last 5 miles were headed into the wind and the route I was on would have been at least another mile into the wind and uphill! So I decided to cut it short and go home. I'm hoping I can get more long rides this week before I have to have my gallbladder surgery!

| Hi Bert!!! hehehehe...I got DD a gift card (but it will be from DGS) for mom's day, and I scored a pair of kahki stretch chinos on MEGA sale!!! ![]() not to mention all that bending and stretching to tie and untie my shoes each time I tried on a pair of slacks and jeans! Shopping is definitely my prefered way to get a good calorie burn!!! LOL! PS...not to mention how many calories you burn using your charge card...out of the wallet...in the wallet...out of the wallet...in the wallet...LOL!
