I only did a half hour on the bike downstairs today. Very hormonal so that's enough for me!

Great job mamagiff!! Did you find that you felt better after? When you mean hormonal do you mean grumpy? I get in the best workouts when I'm ticked off, lol. I'm thinking about getting a punching bag for my garage when I get my house next year. Grrr......

hot and humid...again...our usual...LOL!

walked:
61 min/3.80 miles/206 cal burn; did resistence band while walking...hmmm...let's call it,
multi-task fitness walking...hehe!

Hi all,

I would love to join the exercise club. A place where I can post my workouts, this is great.
Yesterday I did 45 minutes at the gym on the treadmill and the elliptical.

Thanks for the warm Welcome Shelly. I love to exercise. I did a three mile hiking trail yesterday at the local lake it was great but very hot. I am going to the gym today due to the fact that it will be @ 100 degrees here.

walked: 59 min/3.61 miles/200 cal burn.
Already hot, sticky and icky here! blech! I think it's time to skip my first cup of coffee in the mornings, and just throw on the exercise clothes and hit the trail before the heat starts building.
Boy am I gonna miss my coffee....LOL! But, what doesn't kill you will make you stronger, right?....right????!!!! LOL!

Thanks, I was in the midst of bad PMS...I ended up taking another day off yesterday because I had no energy at all...

This morning I got out for a 15 mile bike ride. Wanted to go longer but didn't have enough time. I'll be doing weights tonight.

I'd love a punching bag!

Hey gang! Working out on my elliptical and right now I'm walking on my treadmill catching up on e-mails AND watching The Devil Wears Prada. I love my treadmill/laptop/DVD machine.

I had a great workout at the gym today. I did 1 mile on the t-mill and 1 mile on the elliptical and although I am scared of lifting weights, ( I always think the muscle will make me gain on the scale) I did resistance training for my arms today and I will do my legs tommorrow. Overall a 1hr 15min workout. I feel great. I hope to be back to onederland in the am.

I had another great workout yesterday. I walked 2 1/2 miles and jogged 1/2 a mile at my 3 mile trail yesterday. It was great. I need to increase my speed it took me @ 50 minutes and I use to do it in 45 or a little less. Gotta keep .

I've been busy with prep for the big family picnic here tomorrow. I did get a long bike ride yesterday as well as doing weights. I hope to get some downstairs biking done today but I have lots to do so who knows? Once things settle down here, I'm planning on shaking up my workout routine a bit. It's in a rut and I'm not seeing progress like I want.

Yesterday I had a lump/Charlie horse in my leg that was pretty painful. For 30 minutes I couldn't put any pressure on it and limped the rest of the day. It's been hot and even though I've been drinking what I thought was plenty of water it may not have been enough. Took the rest of the day off.
