| I'm getting better with being to hold all the breaths through the session so progress. I did a session before I went to work last night and It helped with my energy until about 5am..lol..had to have a little yerba mate tea to get the rest of the way. Any other Body Flexers would love to hear from you. klr

| are you by any chance still doing body flex? i too broke out my old VHS tape and the gym bar yesterday...wonder how you did with it, and how it did for you. |

| I have body flex, but i much prefer her SS abdonda program. I think its actually very VERY effective. After doing the SS program for about a month I've lost 4 inches in my waist alone. Even after a month though, i still wake up sore from my workout the day before. |
