| Hi guys! I'm baaaaaack!! LOL! I've been on hiatus for a while; other life stuff to take care of, but.... I still exercised! Well, at least in my opinion...I'd call spending 5-8 hours a day on a ladder exercise. Boy my thighs, neck and shoulders were sore for a few days! OK...everyone exercise safely...stay HYDRATED in this heat! I'm off to hit the streets. ![]() happy trails......... s

| walked 51 min/3.03 miles/168 cal burn STBO!!!!...and we are having an *Ozone Alert* day here today. Glad I went ahead and walked early, because later would've truly been miserable. happy trails.....

| I've been working out but slacking on posting because we've been so busy. SIL is getting married this coming Friday and we're helping with a few things. I also had our annual get together of all the women members of the family today - lunch and pool time! We call it the Old Lady Swim even though we also have some young ones. I think the age range is 17 to 73 now! I reached my indoor bike miles goal last week! I took 2 rest days but went for a nice bike ride with DH on Sunday. I've been keeping up with the water walking. Took today off because of the picnic but will be back at the workouts tomorrow! ETA: I'm wide awake in the middle of the night so all the festivities were actually on Monday and I'll be getting back to the regular schedule on Tuesday....I think I need the sleep fairy to come to my house again!

| Been under the weather... nausea finally relented a bit yesterday evening; even more so today. So, I plan to walk early in the morning...hopefully before it hits 80 degrees...and that would be about 0700 or earlier. happy trails.......

| walked this morning: 55 min/3.36 miles/186 calorie burn then mowed/yardwork for 80 minutes for 391 calorie burn for a total of 577 calories for activities today. happy trails......

SIL's wedding was great, we also had DS#2 and his wife here for the weekend so I haven't had any workouts for a few days. Today I did a half hour of water walking and some pool exercises.Hope to get back to normal workouts tomorrow but it won't happen till afternoon....now that the wedding is over, I have a little more time so I hope I can get online more. Still lots to do for DS#2's church wedding next month but I'll be at the computer to do it so I will sneak online when I can!

| I got out for a bike ride today - 20.13 miles! It was good to get out there again, it's been over a week since I had a ride! Now it's time to do some muscle work! I'll be doing the kettlebell dvd and some weights.

| Hi Nikki, Always room for one more! Glad you are going to join us (formal)Exercise day off for me. I had an early appt this morning; house cleaning will be my afternoon activity to burn some calories. Not my prefered way, but the house cleaning fairy seems to have dropped me from her list.... happy trails......

| Thanks for letting me join in....my hiking buddy bailed on me and it is pretty hot outside so I am going to do an old step aerobic dvd that I have.....its about 35 minutes long. Have a great day!
