| Warmer than yesterday but still damp and drizzling......Did the usual woods 5 miler with my furry friend, Rita. We were on the home stretch when I heard a siren in the distance....then the resident coyotes all started to howl!!!!! I picked up the pace lol! |

| I did weights and the recumbent bike today....it was a good workout! Lucy, we've got damp, drizzly weather here, too. I'm tired of it already!

| Slow 4 miler through the woods. Heading down to do a Core workout dvd. Linda, it is finally dry today and the sun in out! That damp and drizzle was getting to me too. Now if that darn maple in my yard would finally drop all its leaves, I wouldn't mind raking abit. |

| Today was cardio....a challenging workout on the cross trainer as well as a good kettlebell workout when I got home! I was glad to get it done early for a change.

| I did weights and the recumbent bike today...My outdoor riding is pretty much done...haven't been able to go for a couple of weeks now. I keep hoping for a day here and there of decent weather but I don't think it will happen...

| my BIGGEST walking test to date: 38 degrees with 18-20MPH N winds and wci of 32 degrees. That may not sound very cold to some of you *northeners*...LOL, but this is our first exposure to cooler weather, so that wind was a tad bit *biting*. ![]() ![]() ![]() walked: 87 min/ 5.45 miles/ 302 cal burn/ 11,512 fitness steps total fitness miles for November = 48.85 miles happy trails......

| exercise day off. Did a nice 60 minute grocery shopping sprint this morning...LOL! It was like bumper cars...people crashing into other people's carts...totally chaotic and crazy for some reason. Then came home and did some housey stuff...D&C...dusting & cleaning...ha! fitday says 192 cal burn for my activities of the day; guess that's better than a kick in the pants, eh? happy trails.......

| I took a day off on Sat. and then yesterday I did a challenging half hour on the cross trainer. Today I'll be doing weights and some time on the recumbent bike after lunch...

| Had a short woods walk Sat. Even shorter neighborhood jog on Sunday because the Bears were on at noon. Blech.... they lost to the Pack. 4+ miles at the woods this morning, followed by bathroom cleaning :(, and a quick 20 minute core workout on the ball. |
