| I went to the fitness center and did 20 minutes each on the cross trainer and the recumbent bike. I'm on my way to the other room to do the kettlebell workout in a few minutes. I'm working on a longer term goal of 1000 indoor miles again this year. Already have 30 miles! This is actually a difficult goal for me because once the weather gets good enough, I do all my riding outdoors. I need to try to also keep up the indoor workouts.

| I was up and running around all day at work, definately got a workout there. I think I will skip the treadmill tonight and do the stepper thing and work on my abs. |

| Today's workout was weights and recumbent bike. I upped the amount of weight on a few of the exercises. Time to work a little harder!

| Had another day of running, running all day. But I managed to come home and still get aother 30 minutes on the treadmill, not much but too tired to do much more. |

| Sorry to hear about your wrist, Lucy! Hope it heals quickly... I did cardio today - 20 minutes each on the cross trainer and the upright bike (the recumbent is my first choice but it was taken). We belong to a very small fitness center that only has 3 bikes, 2 ellipticals, 5 treadmills and 2 cross trainers as well as weight machines and free weights. It's crowded when there are more than 6 people there!

| Did my 20 minute exericise this morning. Seem to only get in every other day for some reason. When I return to my job though I know I will be more consistant with it. I have to, the flab is disgusting to me. I took a real age test and came out 6 years older than what I am. How depressing but that makes me want to work harder at this. |

| Wrist is feeling much better. I found a brace one of my sons used after breaking a bone in his hand. Really makes a difference. I did a cautious 4 miler through the snowy woods today. May try some strength training over the weekend. |

| I was a bad girl yesterday, I did do a lot of running around at work, I did get my walks in during my breaks, but I did nothing when I got home. I sat down on the couch about 6:30 and that was the end of me. Hopefully today will be a better day. |

| Back to the woods for a 4 miler today. It was so pretty with all the snow. I really had a workout in some areas as the snow was fairly deep. Kind of like that instrument of exercise torture I so hate....the stairmaster. |

| hi there .... i used to post to this thread quite regularly. i haven't stopped my exercise, just haven't been posting! :( hopefully i can keep up w/ it now, so i can see my progress, etc... sat: ran 30 min (3 miles) intervals (2 mins jog, 1 min sprint on incline) and then ran a 4th mile at a steady pace. lifted chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back and abs. sun: did the same 4 mile routine -- 3 miles intervals and 1 mile steady pace. lifted legs.
