| Another 4 miler this am. Did 1/2 hr strength training dvd too. Shelley, we are in the 30's til Sat. when the predicted high is only 10. Ha ha....the midwest!!! |

| I've been crazy busy the last few days....I'm doing just the basics for workouts right now and the extras that I normally do will have to wait a few weeks. I'm doing weights 3x a week and cardio 3x a week on alternating days for now.

| Been Lcing for over two weeks now and havent done not one little bit of exercise.....Yeah I know That isnt good. So Starting IN THE MORNING....no more putting it off. I have a treadmill and I am going to start with 20 min a day everday for a week then move on up and add other exercise..........I have often heard the people say move it or lose it.....well my new motto is if you want to lose it then you gotta move it...... |

| Cold and windy today; took a walking day off, but.........I cleaned house NON-STOP from 10AM until 5PM!!! My bee-hind is dragin'! LOL! Burned some calories for sure and I have a clean house! What's not to love??? ![]() happy trails....

| walked/jog sprints; 30 degrees/ 23 wci/ E-NE wind at 9mph 68 min/ 4.31 miles/ 239 cal burn total finess miles for January = 72.27 miles don't know if I will get 80 miles this month; possible *icing event* for tomorrow and Tuesday....blech!!! happy trails.......

| SAAD (Sick as a dog)...sore throat, congestion...blah, blah, blah... Almost the whole state is iced over; I couldn't walk up the street if I tried. It's a total mess here; hoping we don't lose our electricity like the north metro folks. happy trails...
