| I did 3 miles again on the bike.... so borrring... i need to find my mp3 player .. BUT I am down 7 pounds since last Friday ... now at 182 ... YAAY. |

| I took Saturday off as far as excersize goes, but stayed on program as far as eating... I walked about 1.5 miles on Sunday, I even got my Funny Little Honey to go with me ... he's such a good guy ... So far I am down 10 lbs.... YAAAAY ME !!! |

| Sunday was a bike ride with DH...a little over 16 miles. Today was upper body weights and a bike ride....a little over 17 miles! I'm changing up my workout schedule to accomodate my outdoor biking...I'll only be doing indoor cardio if I can't go for a bike ride due to weather. I'm splitting weights days to upper body and lower body days. I'm adding the kettlebell workout back in starting tomorrow.

| HMM... I stayed on plan with my eating, that has become easy thankfully... but... I will admit to being a bum yesterday, no excersize... it was raining and i just didn't feel led to jump on my indoor bike ... Bad Bad Momus... I think i will get outside today and walk .. NO RAIN. |

| It's a beautiful day here! I went for a bike ride after lunch....13.23 miles....in winds of 30+ mph! Thought I was gonna die! It was all I could do to keep the bike from blowing into traffic! I also went to do lower body weights/abs.....and I'm on my way to the other room to do a short kettlebell workout....then I'm done for the day!
