| got rained out of my walk n run yesterday. But, it's ok...we sure needed the rain. This morning, I stayed out to get my miles in, despite the light rain. It's not like it was 40 degrees and rain....actually felt pretty good! LOL!this morning: walked/jogged: 62 min/4.34miles/241 cal burn ran 20 min_ 1.75miles total fitness miles for July = 83.52miles happy trails..

| I did cardio yesterday...bike and elliptical. Today was my session with the trainer....didn't do a workout because he said that with my knee problems all the stuff he does with clients wouldn't work. So we discussed tweaks for the weight machines and cardio as well as stuff I can do at home....it was a good session and he answered all the questions I had. I'm going to start the changes on Monday because we're having a picnic here tomorrow and then after that I will need a day to recover... DH and I discussed our lack of biking outdoors this year and have decided that rather than go for miles we are going to get out whenever possible for an hour....he doesn't have a lot of time but can do an hour when he has free time. That will mean shorter rides but as things are now I am not getting miles at all for the most part so an hour a day will be good. And if I want more miles I can always go alone later in the day.

| running day off yesterday, but did upper body weights. ehh. I'm not that enthused with the weights...I should be, but I'm just not feelin' the love for them at this time. We had BIG THUNDER BOOMERS all through the night and this morning. When my alarm went off at 0500, just as I was about to put my feet on the floor, I heard thunder, so I knew an early walk n run was not to be, so I got another hour or so of sleep. It cleared off around 1000, so I put on my shoes and grabbed my iPod and away I went. ugh!!!...the temp was 79 with 69% humidity, and it totally zapped me as far as running, I'm sorry to say. I'm very dissappointed in myself that I didn't even make it a full mile today. I did 2- quarter mile sprints, and a .33 mile. soooooo..... this morning: walked/jogged: 60 min/4.19miles/233 cal burn ran 17 min_ 0.80 miles total fitness miles for July = 87.71miles happy trails....

| No workout yesterday....family picnic at our house...lots of fun! Today I am worn out but I went and did some time on the bike at the gym while DH did weights...

I did the grocery store trip from heJJ, then a rather lengthy cleaning session on the house yesterday afternoon, complete with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the wood floors, and a few loads of laundry as well. today: this morning: walked/jogged: 65 min/4.68miles/260 cal burn ran 20 min_ 1.45 miles total fitness miles for July = 92.39miles
