![]() I gotta start an exercise program but I'm procrastinating. I have great exercise DVDs - Callenetics, Body Flex, Core Rhythms, and others. I know I can. I know I should. I could walk, the weather is nice here at night (Southern California) after I get home at 6:30 p.m. (I'm gone from home 11+ hours M-F). I know I can. I know I should. I'm procrastinating. ![]() Although in all fairness I need to mention I'm tired a lot and I'm severely anemic. I'm working with my doctor on the anemia and this WOE/WOL does give me more energy than I've had. Still...........<sigh>................ Can someone help me talk myself into this? I need my mental attitude adjusted on this issue. Thank you in advance. ~k |

| If you've been cleared for exercise by your physician, then just think how much healthier you'll be once you start exercising. The benefits are many, but to name a few... ~lower's the BP ~helps promote weight loss ~helps promote a sense of well being ~and my favorite reason...gives you some *you time*. I do some of my best "thinking" when I'm walking/running... LOL! You don't have to start out with a complex exercise plan, 5 days a week; just a 30 min walk 3 times a week will give you benefits you'll notice almost immediately. good luck!
