Just a peek in here........

I gotta start an exercise program but I'm procrastinating.

I have great exercise DVDs - Callenetics, Body Flex, Core Rhythms, and others.

I know I can. I know I should.

I could walk, the weather is nice here at night (Southern California) after I get home at 6:30 p.m. (I'm gone from home 11+ hours M-F).

I know I can. I know I should.

I'm procrastinating.

Although in all fairness I need to mention I'm tired a lot and I'm severely anemic. I'm working with my doctor on the anemia and this WOE/WOL does give me more energy than I've had.

Still...........<sigh>................

Can someone help me talk myself into this? I need my mental attitude adjusted on this issue.

Thank you in advance.

If you've been cleared for exercise by your physician, then just think how much healthier you'll be once you start exercising.
The benefits are many, but to name a few...
~lower's the BP
~helps promote weight loss
~helps promote a sense of well being
~and my favorite reason...gives you some *you time*. I do some of my best "thinking" when I'm walking/running... LOL!

You don't have to start out with a complex exercise plan, 5 days a week; just a 30 min walk 3 times a week will give you benefits you'll notice almost immediately.

good luck!
