| I don't know what the exact numbers are, but I've been going to the gym 2-4 times a week for 3 weeks so far. I have done 30 mins cardio on the bike, and lifted weights each time. Sometimes I can do a minute or two on the elliptical...(That thing sucks!!) Loving the moving! |

| Hi Amy! Join right in...doesn't matter what day of the month it is. We're a pretty *laid back* group in here ![]() Pop in when you can and list your exercise. It's a good feeling when you see that you've entered exercise multiple times in one week...kind of a *self-inspired* gig, if ya know what I mean! today: running day off; had major back and hip pain last night, so didn't want to make it any worse. happy trails.....

| Welcome Amy! I did cardio yesterday....time on both the upright and the recumbent bikes at the gym....still being careful of the knee. Today I did a short warm up on the elliptical to see how my knee felt and it was fine while I was on there but popped out a little after I got off...grrrr! It popped back in place right away but is sore now...I've propped it up and iced it and now I need to get some chores done... Almost forgot to tell about the rest of my workout! Duh! I did upper body weights today...at the medium level...which was still quite heavy! Skipped lower body stuff today and will skip it for a while till I see the dr. about my knee....

| Hey gang! I walked for 20 minutes today around the neighborhood. Didn't do much more than that due to a migraine coming on. But it's a beautiful fall day, probably one of the last ones we'll have here in Michigan before the cold really hits and I couldn't not at least enjoy it a little bit! |

| 30 minutes on the bike with intervals. Lifted some weights, concentrating on Abs and Arms (my problem areas) 10 minutes of Ab exercises in the pool.... Topped it off with a soak in the hot tub as a reward! |

| Welcome to the group, Amy - love your signature pic! I've been very quiet because I haven't got off to a good start at all... had to travel last week and ended up eating stupid stuff while away, and now that I got back I got a cold! Sigh... waiting to get better. Good to see you all checking in! |

| I did some bike time yesterday....knee is out again so nothing today...I've got an appt. for Tuesday to see what the next step is for treatment....I'm thinking there will be surgery in the near future...
