    Default Rebounder Challenge-June

Those of you with rebounders, how about a challenge to get started or stay with it. I just got my rebounder, but am getting over the flu, so I would like the challenge to start Monday, June 7th. I would like to start with rebounding 5 minutes a day, working up to 10 minutes or more.

    Anyone else?

ok. I'll join in. This weekend's challenge is to shake the spiders off of it and clean it up enough so that I can bring it in the house. I'll have it ready Monday. We have to come up with fun things to do on it.

Stupid question... but what is a rebounder? (I obviously don't have one, but am curious.)

Oh, for some reason I kinda thought that's what it might be. Thanks! Now I don't feel so stupid.

Well, I opened my new Cellercizer up this morning, unfolded it and got it set up. I stepped on it and felt so out of shape. Today, I did bouncing with my feet firmly attached to the rebounder. I am trying to do two minutes at a time, aiming for at least 10 minutes total. I have done at least 5 minutes so far today.

I get a temporary lfiting of the "cloud" over my head after using the rebounder. Maybe, I can get the cloud to lift permanently!

Good for you Ilse. I haven't gotten started yet. pre-time and hurting are kinda keeping me from doing anything - but I shouldn't be excusing.

    Mary Kay,

Maybe the rebounding would help the hurting. I was reading a book that came with the rebounder. It was saying that rebounding can even help when a person is starting to get sick to either not get sick or not be as sick.

I haven't done any rebounding today yet, but I did notice my mood is better than usual.

ok. I gave it the five minutes. Wasn't too bad. I felt in my legs, but have never heard of the 'healing' powers of it. but then again, when I got mine, the word rebounder wasn't even close.
I'll do a little more tonight.

Hi Ilse. I made it 10 minutes tonight, but the ankle is hurting too much.
I see the dr tomorrow about getting rid of my loose screw, or whatever else may be going on in there. The ankle hasn't bothered me for a long time, but this screw coming loose is making it sore with too much movement.
I think it is just the screw between the bone and skin - and not the bone itself, and they should be able to remove it easy enough. - at least I hope so.

I did 10 minutes on Thursday and 10 minutes today.

I still need to work into this as a habit.
