Upper Body day - feeling good! Small breakfast before workout.

Even got a comment I was looking trimmer..

Bike ride tomorrow, and Sunday is my day of rest. I'm looking forward to it, my right leg is sore where I overdid some of the stretching and kicks.

1 Hour on the Treadmill, Junie? Wow! - It would kill me right now - 30 minutes is about all I can hack! My knees are a bit iffy as well, so I usually stick with the bike and elliptical if I can help it.

Time to hit the sack if I'm going to get at least 7 hours sleep.

I started out slow on the treadmill...10 minutes...but I swam laps everyday for a month then had to close pool..[leak] so I was able to work up to it increasing 5 minutes a day, plus I read while walking, helps make time fly!

Well, I got my 4-miler in on Thursday, but worked until 8:00 pm Friday; it was dark and raining when I left. So the hill workout went by the wayside. Ran about an hour this morning with the Byrd Park regulars. We did some drills which just killed me.

Got an hour in on the road-bike today. Biked with my daughter so had to keep the pace easy. But - better than nothing.

I bought a spin-cycle at a local thrift store a short while back. A really nice one, just like at the gym, and a real bargain. Big, very heavy open flywheel out front. Dragged it out of the garage into the bedroom, and am going to try to get some secondary cardio workouts in on that thing.
