| Since I've been doing that I've noticed that I'm allot more tired and have less energy on to lift weights even after I take a day off. I usally can only get three sets in now on the weights because I'm tired. Do I need to eat diffrently or change the workout. I don't want to stop doing the interval cardio because I have noticed more of a difference since I started doing the intervals. |

| Murray, Are you still on induction? I found that I could not exercise at all on induction -- I was just too weak! (I lift weights -- when I'm not pregnant!) After my body adjusted to eating this way I found that I actually had BETTER stamina and strength and my freeweight sessions were actually stronger than before. Make sure you are drinking adequate water while eating this way. This woe (way of eating) can be very diuretic and even slight dehydration will cause early fatigue and muscle burnout. I aim for ~a gallon/day (128 oz.) and this is sufficient. But on the days that I slack on my water, I can REALLY feel it in my workout. HTH, Summer www.herstorygirl.com |
