Is anyone else doing the power of 10 weight lifitng program? I just started my third week and I'm really enjoying it, though I'm not sure of the results so far. I love the idea of only needing to be at the gym for 25 minutes a week (that's right - no cardio, streatching, etc. just lifitng weights for 25 minutes). While it seems to fly in the face of convention, I have to remember that low carb stuff was once at the same place. But I'm really interested in knowing if anyone else is doing this and what their experience is. If you want to know a little more check out -
