I bought it, and tried a few times - but I'm not ready for it yet. Barely made it through the warmup. but I plan to get back to it - just doing something else until I get stamina built up.
so, can't really tell you, but it sure looks like a good workout.

My sister swears by this workout...she loves it and has a lovely body to show for it. I however, get my butt kicked everytime I try it. I hate to be a quitter, but it was serioulsy too hard for me to "get." So now I just go to the gym. But good luck to you!!! I'm sure you are more corrdinated than I am!!

I just started The Firm Maximum Body Sculpting video. I have done it twice so far. It is very challenging and I can really feel it when I'm finished but let me tell you this...it has already made a difference in how my pants are fitting around the waist. It's obviously tightened some things up for me already. I can't wait to see what a month of this will do. I do the video on alternating nights and run on the treadmill the other nights (I take Saturday's off!!). This exercise regimen is making a world of difference in how I feel and how I look.

To say the least, so far, I love The Firm.

I have done the firm tapes. I have the first tapes.

I plan to start induction on Feb 1 and using my tapes as well.

It was a great work out( especially liked the Cardio sculpt and some good music). I really saw the difference as far as my clothes. Unfortunatly didn't do it long enough to see the pounds move.
