I just started Tae Bo Cardio by Billy Blanks. WOW! That is a really great cardio exercise video. I would recommend it. Just incase if someone wants to buy it, I would recommend renting it first (if they are not sure). It is always better to pay $5.00 first to see if you like it, than $25.00 ( + or -) and find out it is not for you. I hope that I was a service to someone. Good Luck!

Even better than renting...go to your local library...that is where I found it. You can rent it, and others to try out for free. That way when you go to buy you know exactly what you like

Tae Bo is really nice for the bad winter days that the 20 minute drive to the gym is a bit too hazardous. Had the 30 minutes of cardio and toning I needed to get in and I never even had to put on my boots and face the treacherous weather!

I am a big Tae Bo fan. Am currently workin on getting up to the advanced stages but that's because I'm not the most cordinated person in the world. My favorite part is that as long as you push yourslef and not just go through the motions even the basic workout can be hard. It is what you put into it!

Yeah that is what I do. I am also one of the "uncordinated". I also like the rest of here, have some extra baggage to carry. I just push myself on the things that I can do, and at least give some effort on the things that I cannot do properly.

Oh wow....I've never made it all the way through my abs tae bo tape. Did today....my poor abs hurt like none other! It's a good feel though...will feel even better tomorrow when they stop hurting and I know that it did some good!

And with Tae bo I also get frustratoin out and ALOT of energy from it. Havn't found another exercise yet that does both of those for me! I love it, and won't give it up, no matter how uncordinated I may be, and how silly I may look doing it!

Keep up the great work!

I also get frustrated at it. It makes me mad when I can't get a specific move down. Then I end up pushing myself. Oh I know that I look so funny doing it. I just hope that no one ever sees me exercising in my living room. I look like I am doing a bad impression of Bruce Lee!

HAHA....oh yeah! I make sure all the blinds are pulled and I know my roomate is at class or still sleeping. would hate for anyone to see me making a fool out of myself!

I plan on going to the gym in the morning and not doing any of my tae bo. Don't want to get too used to it. True I have 3 different basic workout tapes, but I don't want to get bored with them!

I only have one tape and I am starting to get bored with it! I saw some at Wal*Mart, and I am hoping to get one there this weekend. Any suggestions? I love getting a new workout tape, I seem more motivated then ever before. Oh, the gym is always a good place to go for variety. Hope you have fun!

My kids love doing it with me...when they are home and I am doing it there are at least 3 of us kicking in the living room. My middle son will even ask if he can do it by himself

Ashley....you might check out ebay....I saw several "sets" of tapes, some new, going anywhere from $5 to $15 depending on how many tapes and whether they were used or not. I am thinking I will buy a couple that way Just type in Billy Blanks for your search and there they are

I never thought of going to ebay. Thanks for the idea! That is great that your kids are doing it with you. How cute is that!

Oh no not the advanced tapes. My sister does those, and wow! That is way too much for me to handle right now! I am likely to end up losing a limb. Thanks...I will check out half.com!

I got a brand-new, shrinkwrapped, 4-tape set off eBay for $7.99 plus shipping. What a deal!

I always check eBay for stuff before I go out and buy. A lot of sellers now use "buy it now" with a set price, so you don't always have to wait for the auction to end, if the "buy it now" price is what you're willing to pay.

WOw. Great suggestion Charski. I'll go check it out.

I love Tae Bo. I do the advanced ones and the Tae Bo live because I need a higher, faster impact aerobics workout. I don't perspire when I do the basic.

I haven't done it though in like a month. I've been lazy.. That's why I've come to this forum, to kinda get motivated to start exercising again.
