Can I use the cumulative total, or should I stick with the net?

(I can't even count the times I've lost the "last" 3 - 5 pounds, LOL)

I just went with an average, Teel.

At the moment I'm more than 50 lbs lost, but I'm always bouncing around in a 5 or 6 lb range. I go up, up, up, then down, down, down, for no apparent reason. I know, since I journaled all last year and watched to see if there was a cause. Couldn't find one. Can't be TOM (or as I referred to it as TOY), since that seems to be over. I just concluded that bodies are not machines and I can't engineer mine with complete precision.

I no longer sweat these ups and downs, since I surpassed my 20 lb. goal years ago. I guess it helps to have a really modest goal.
