| but just want to keep myself accountable here. I said last week that I was going to be 100% from Wed. thru Sunday...and now I recommit till Wed. I will be weighing on Wed. now not on MOndays as I had been. I slipped up by having some breaded chicken, which I didn't even think about it till I was finished. Yesterday I ate some bread along with my meat, and tht was pretty much without thinking! We had company and I jsut took bread when it was passed to eat with my meat?? All in all, I feel good...but plan to be truly 100% on meat, veggies, one diet soda a day...looking for results on the scale, but I already FEEL so much better. Hope you all don't mind that I am posting to keep myself challenged and honest. Sounds like most of us are ready to go into fall with more determination! |
