Hey guys,

It's so good to see all the names again!

I too am now coming back from a "pause"/"just don't give a hoot" phase.

Emmy...I've missed you!!

So I'm back, and am in day 3 of re-inducing. I just got back from the store where I stocked up on LC stuff. Just made my breakfasts for the next week.

Ya know, as hard as it was to get my mind back in the "I do give a hoot" mode, I now wonder what the heck I was thinking.

Even after the first day of eating LC the right way (I have made several half hearted attempts, and not really done it in the right way) I realized that I feel soooooo much better when I'm doing this. I'm sleepin better, I have more energy. My moods are better. It's just amazing to me that I had forgotten it so completely.

I can relate to the clothes things guys. I've put on what I'm guessing is about 20 pounds. (I don't have my scale and I don't have my tape measure where I'm at, so definitive numbers of the damage that I've managed to do hasn't been realized yet.) I was in a 14 and now my 16's are getting wayyyy too tight.

The funny thing, and maybe some of you can shed some light on this, but I've gained all of it back only in my tummy and maybe a little in my upper thighs. My face and arms and everywhere else is just the same.

Anywoo...Here I am...and Here I'll be for as long as it takes.

Good to be back...good to feel good again...

Love to all!
Amy

Hi Amy and welcome back! Sure you're a vet. Anyone who is experienced in their WOE and been around the block a few times qualifies. Glad to see you've recommited
