Wow, I am the first one in here today.

Didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. I spent the day grading papers and cooking. Tried to get enough food fixed for a couple of days.

Judy, I answered on the other thread. But, I had the same problem with the granola and fitday. I don't understand it, but I too lowered the cals.

Congrats Sharron! That's fantastic, losing 3.5 inches.

So which movie did you see, gregg? Either one sounds good.

Well, I need to go start my exercises.

Thanks for starting the thread this AM. Glad you got your papers graded and hope you will have a more relaxing day.
It's a beautiful day here, even if on the cold side. The dogs have found nice spots in the sunshine and are having their morning nap.

I'm planning to do a weights class this afternoon, with a quick swing by the grocery store to pick up some specials. Eating the last few days has been good, after several days of white-knuckled, teeth-clenching cravings for something... I know nobody else out there ever has those, right

Had a wonderful trip to VA. stayed very close to on program. My DDIL apparently told her mom and dad abt our experience with low carb. Her dad is diabetic and they are starting soon! We went to Ruby Tues for lunch and ate low carb! We really loved the low carb spicy chicken wrap!!! Hope you all had as an enjoyable weekend!

Three Day weekend!! Today I had the chance to finally do a couple of projects. It was really nice to do something creative. I reworked my school web pages and then I sat down and sewed for myself-- not alterations, not for DD, not home dec, but something actually for me. And best of all it is turning out great. I'm going to finish it before I go to bed tonight.
