how is it we keep doing this dance??

you know of my struggles too -- and dang it if we dont get it right one day.

I'm on my umteenth restart -- had a rough past year but Dh said to me "when i get home this week, we will start working out again'

that has to be a key for me... though i've got more joint pain when i strength train than i want to talk about.... but i find when i dont exercise my eating goes down hill so fast and i can't break that cycle.

I've put school on the back burner again and just trying to get life back on track and that includes this site -- that i've been absent from since about last summer (heck that last time we made a major board change)

anyhooo -- I'll be looking for your posts again since i know you are posting

glorious day today wasn't it? though the rest of the week looks like crap

Terese!!! My old friend!! So GREAT to here from you. Thanks for the howdy. Sorry for the late reply as I haven't been 'boarding' the last few days. Welcome back! As you know, we all stray and stumble. But hopefully find our way 'home' again. As you know you were my first LC mentor and friend. I've really missed you being around on the boards. I've learned so much from you and you have inspired me so much. I look forward to following the path with you again.
