    Good Morning Everyone!

I have been up for a while and thought I should check in with everyone.

We did get snow overnight. It started around the time most people started heading home from work. We didn't get as much as predicted, maybe 2-3 inches. Originally, they thought we were going to get much more than that. It looks like Wisconsin got the brunt of it.

I was going to run errands after work. But, I ended driving out to the Oak Brook area to see if I could find a restaurant to eat at next week, to celebrate my DD's 27th B-day. We are supposed to meet my parents too, so we can't do certain types of food, due to my parents. (like Mexican or Italian)

I wish you all a happy day!

Good morning, everyone. We, too, have snow, but I made it in to work anyway. Commute home will be a real bear - at least I drove my ancient heap of a Jeep instead of the Mini Cooper . This morning I did a UBWO using slow cadence, and I really feel it. Oh, goody.

I finally broke down and bought some Ketostix yesterday. No wonder I am not losing weight, and haven't been since Septemeber - not in ketosis. Some adjusting is called for.

Have a great day, all. I have to get to work - very busy day ahead.

    Good morning

I'm feeling MUCH better today! I've dropped the rest of the bloat I had acquired and hopefully will resume the "losing posture" I had regained because of being off my MOO!

Ilse, we'll be celebrating son's bday (he'll be 8 on the 21st) with his g-parents on Sunday evening. I have no idea where we will be going... Some place kid friendly for sure! They love Mongolian BBQ, so I might suggest that...

    Have a great day all!

    Blessings!

Happy Friday, gang. Hope you are all looking forward to a nice weekend. We've got nothing in particular planned. I need to make a jaunt to Trader Joe's and the HFS, and if I get real ambitious, do ours and Dad's taxes.

MMMM Mongolian Barbeque, Sharron. That's good stuff! Speaking of good stuff, my eating has been very good lately. Ate out tonight and had a "chicken fajita pita" sans pita and it really hit the spot. My water intake is pitful, however....

I'm a sucker..... I made DH a wonderful chicken noodle soup for dinner. Like a fool, I forgot to take up some for me before I put in the noodles. Now I have to pick out noodles. I'm sure some will slip in.

It's clear and cold here (relatively speaking, of course). I'm really looking forward to a weekend without too much teacher homework. After last weekend I'm ready for it.

Sharon, congratulations on your success lately. It looks like you have found a key to what's been holding you back.

Ilse, hope you have a good dinner tonight. Where did you go, and how did you fit it into your plan?

Jen, good to see you drop by.

BC, I posted the maintenance fear as a new topic. I guess we will see if I'm the only strange one out here.
