    Good Morning!

Happy Presidents Day to those who are off today! We are back to work today, after having Thursday and Friday off.

Ysterday, I left the house around 7am and got home around 6pm. I went to the health club, two outlet malls, grocery shopping, Whole Foods Market, and some other places. I did some returning and got a great deal on tank tops at Dress Barn for $3.99 each.

Today after work, I will babysit my grandson while my DD and SIL go to the doctor for an ultrasound. They hope to find out the gender of the baby today.

Well, time is running away. Have a wonderful day!

Morning Ilse! You were very busy yesterday!
    Wow!
    How is everyone doing????
Im well...my eating is back on track after Valentines Day...I knew I was going to splurge.
After our dining experience, my DH took me to Barnes and Nobles for Starbucks and Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake. YUM but funny thing, I ate 1/2 a small piece and found it way tooo sweet for me....Now that is progress! The real treat was checking out the books...
The cheesecake didnt set off any cravings..( now that is a shocker) but Im not gonna tempt
    that conclusion!
I work today. Usually I am off but I rearranged my schedule to be off when my very dearest and best friend arrives here on WED. Needless to say in rearranging patients I really messed up my schedule, so hopefully my day wont be too full of surprises!
Hope you all have a great day!

    Good morning everybody,

    Yoohoo! Happy Presidents Day!!

Made a big batch of chili yesterday and ate too much. Today is workout day, finish taxes, and run errands. It's great to have a couple days off in a row.

    Have a great day all!

Hey gang, so far, so good for a Monday. I have a yoga class this am, Tai Chi this afternoon, and a seminar on accupressure for animals tonight. In between I hope to get some housework done, get groceries, etc.

Yesterday, DH and I spent several hours doing some close up photography. I must say, for amateurs, we didn't do too badly! Learned a lot, for sure. But we do know that my cheapo light stands work

Now I REALLY have to run. Everyone who is off today, have a great one. Well, everyone else, too!!!!!

Hey, where are those success stories?

Thanks, Deb--hey, I had that same problem. I think I'd always tossed the "really good" fat pics

So, BC, how about a success story without pictures? I'm not sure I have a good before or a good after. I'm usually the one holding the camera, not the one in the picture.

LOL Judy, I'm usually behind the camera, too. It's safe that way! I know originally Andrea did want pictures,--they don't have to be "good." Mine certainly weren't. But pictures really do help tell the story. Can you dig up anything at all from the old days? And with your new figure, you deserve to be in front of the camera now. Any photog junkies among your students? How 'bout a candids in front of your class. I know the yearbooks are usually full of them....(See, I'm not letting your off the hook quite so easily yet )

If it's any consolation to any of you considering a success story, when I was trying to find "before" pictures, there were slim pickins.' The ones I did have--well, I admit to having a tear or two, before picking one to send. Now I'm used to it being on the board, and it's ok--after all it was reality.

Judy, I can relate. I still seem to have trouble getting pictures -- I'm always the one behind the camera as well!

I've had a very emotional day. I can't remember if I reported in or not here, but I had a bad reaction to the food at the Vday banquet. Everything was sugar/nitrates and/or dairy! I bloated 18#

So, now I'm back on a personal clean eating challenge. Also, I've seriously increased my exercise. I did my Body Flex, weights and walked this morning. I intend to eat no sweeteners or anytning artificial until Friday. We are going to the beach then and I plan on doind a few CAD meals while I'm there

I'm feeling much better now than I was this morning. I'm hoping my new scale will be kind to me in the morning (mr. tape measure too!)

    Blessings!

Oh Sharron, that sounds horrible. Can't imagine how bad 18# of water must make you feel....take care.

I just don't weigh if I know I've overdone salt and am retaining. It doesn't do my mood any good at all.
