| Susan, walking alone won't make the AB get smaller. Make sure when you are walking you hold your AB muscles in really tight. That combined with the walking will tone those. In addition do some sit ups! To transform your abs, you don't have to spend hours on it. 5 to 10 minutes a day to focus on that area will do wonders. OR if you need a video, look into pilates. Wonderful ab w/o there. I do the FIRM ab tape. It is a 5 day tape that give you 5 10 minute sessions! Works wonders! HTH Monica 206/168/155 |
