Thank you so much April! And yes that is at goal weight! Its worth every minute of struggle
to achieve that victory! That picture ( seriously) is a big motivator for me. I won't go back. I look and feel too good to ever sacrifice my health and well being for a
continuous blood sugar roller coaster and a bloated appearance adding 10 yrs to my look and taking 10 years off my life expectancy. I want to chase my precious ones around until they are exhausted!
