As a technophobe I need some help. I'd like to post a picture but it keeps coming out HUGE! As cute as my grandson is, it is still too much of a good thing! Any ideas?

Open it up in your photo shop editor (whichever one you have) and then choose "resize", remembering to keep the proportions, and then size it that way, re-save it, and then upload it.

If you size it in inches, I've been having best luck with the size of about 1.25" x 1.25".
