 I hope the week has been going good for you! I am getting a cold, so I don't feel my best. When I got up this morning, I felt a bit dizzy. But, no temperature, so I will be going to work. How is everyone's week going? I'll keep this short and check in later. | It's a beautiful day here in Chicagoland!!! The sun is shining gloriously and it is in the mid forties!! The snow is almost all gone, and the grass has begun to turn green. What a great day to be alive! Hope y'all have a kick*ss day! gregg 196/183/170 recommited 1/4/04 keep on keepin' on! |

| Good Evening All! Monica, thanks for the advise. I just hate to do any type of "formal" exercise. I love walking and I do not feel like I am exercising. I have started to hold my stomach muscles in. I can not sustain it for the whole 45 minutes I walk, but I guess every little bit helps. Gregg, I hope you enjoyed the weather. I have a conference all day tomorrow, so I will be doing a lot of sitting. I hope I do not get too bored  .Susan ( AKA Northwest) 207/170/160/ size 16/12/8 LC since 4/03   |

| Hey, Happy Hind End Day, Mick  Ilse, hope you're feeling better. Gregg, so right. A beautiful, day, and my daffodils are coming up! Susan, I have to remind myself of my posture and abs all the time. Sigh! Today was a bit hectic, but can't complain about the sunshine. At least we went out a bit for "date nite" to a little chinese joint--I had enough hot and sour soup to float home  But of course now I'm hungry again, LOL!Take care, gang!
